I would like to congratulate two very special young golfers. First I am very proud of Lindsay Lawell who played for Thomas Worthington varsity. In just two golf seasons Lindsay's hard work allowed her to improve to the point she was a district qualifier. This is quite an accomplishment.

The second player is Satoshi Tanaka. Satoshi played for Dublin Coffman. Satoshi won both the sectional and district titles. He finished in the top 10 at the state tournament. Satoshi played in various tournaments around the United States and aquitted himself very well including several top 10 finishes. He was runner-up in the Ohio Junior Amateur. Satoshi has signed a letter of intent to play golf at Purdue University in the fall.

Best of luck to these two great young people. It has been a privilege to work with both of you.

News:

My knee replacement rehab has progressed very nicely so I have resumed a limited lesson schedule effective January 8, 2012. The beginning of March I anticipate having a six days a week schedule. Please feel free to call me if you can't find a time that works for you and your schedule. The Westerville Golf Center has installed several new and effective heaters that make practice in the winter much nicer. Hope to see you soon.

Thank You,

Tom Brock
